Post Initiation ceremony. Reply with quote
When I turned eighteen my dear old father insisted that I too became a freemason like him and his fore fathers. I with the petulance of youth refused and damned his unreasonable request. My furious father threw me pennyless from the house and removed me from his will.
I was destitute and no longer likely to inherit his vast fortune and estate. Within miutes I had a sudden and complete change of heart and returned home with my tail between my legs and agreed to join the freemasons.

My delighted and gloating father aranged for me to take part in the ancient and sacred initiation ceremony that one must undergo before one is excepted as a member. At six miutes past six on the sixth day of the sixth month I stood naked before the brothers to undergo the ordeal of the initiation ceremony, the bizarre and horrifying rite of passage which permits membership to this sacred and holy organisation.
The High Priest poured stale rats urine over me, whilst chanting an antiquated latin verse. Around us in a big circle were dozens of eager freemasons watching my every reaction. I stood impassively and maintained my aloof superiority and dignity.
The final act in this banal rite of passage was to eat a raw frog. This I did, although I confess it did bring the odd tear to my eye.
I was now a brother member of the freemasons and allowed to partake of the secret knowledge that must remain an eternal secret to the rest of the world.
